Public sound installation proposal



The South China Sea has become a hotbed of military confrontations, territorial disputes and infrastructure constructions enacted by the surrounding nations in order to claim economic and political advantages. Amidst this increasing tension, the sound installation on the boat traveling across this region acts as a “ceasefire” siren. The audio takes cues from military airplane, boat and submarine noises.
